1.Registration

Register your interest with us by contacting us via the following methods:

  • Fill in your contact information on our website
  • Leave us your contact information at our seminar events

2.Select Your Property

Upon registration, we will arrange for further details to aid you in previewing and selecting your desired property.

 


 

3.Booking Fee

Upon selection of your desired unit, we will require a booking fee deposit to secure your booking with us and ensure that you get the unit of your choice.

 


 

4.Sale and Purchase Agreement

You will be required to execute a Sale and Purchase Agreement and make the full balance payment of the first 10% within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of booking at our office.

 


 

5.Payment Method

Desired payment option can be either:

Option (1) full payment in CASH

Option (2) Loan financing (please refer to Loan Financing Application Procedure.

 


 

6.Loan Financing Application

Should you require loan financing, it is advised that you make an application for a housing loan upon confirmation of booking with us and making payment of the booking fee. For more information on loan financing, please refer to Loan Financing Application Procedure.
